‘Brave Rooney’ the human superhero

I was emailed by Gerry Renert, EMMY nominated writer/TV Producer, about a post I made on children’s superheroes. Who knew there’d be so many people interested in the effect of superheroes on kids?!

After getting over my initial shock, I checked out his new project ‘Brave Rooney,’ a story about an ordinary boy who somehow ended up enrolled in a school for superheroes. It looks like a lot of fun!

If you have an iPad or iPhone, check out Rooney’s story and let me know what you think!

Before we become fascinated with characters on the media superheroes are our some of our first idols, and a story like Brave Rooney put things in perspective for young children. My son loved it!!
I strongly recommend it to parents with young ones.
